If you want to register Business Entity, fill the Business Entity Registration Form and send us by e-mail below address:

when you send this form, you should attach required document to register business Entity.
1. Entity Document(EIN# must be shown) 2. Ownership Document 3. Resale Certificate(optional) - For sales tax exemption

You can find your Password by following steps down below:

3. Make sure you click on the Password button. Write all the information (Account Number, Last Name, First Name, and Email) and Click Confirm
4. You will receive a Temporary Password
*Please Sign In with using your Temporary Password, but make sure you update your password.

Why did my payment fail?
The payment can fail for a variety of reasons.
Please check the following to troubleshoot:
- Make sure your card is active.
- Check whether you have sufficient balance on your credit card or whether you exceeded your credit limit.
- Check if you entered your information (card number, password, expiration date, etc) correctly.
- Check if you're using the correct card.
- Check if the issuing country of your card matches your shipping location. Your card may not be approved if they do not match.
For other issues, please call your credit card provider directly. Their customer service number is usually on the back of your card.
