    SECTION 1. RIMAN, INC. MEMBERS

    Riman Inc, (the Company) is divided into 2members: Beauty Customer and Beauty Planner. Beauty Planner is divided into 8 positions: Planner, Manager, Senior Manager, Team Leader, Director, Senior Director, National Director, and Executive.

    SECTION 2. REQUIREMENTS

    2a. Beauty Customer

    After completing and submitting the Beauty Customer application form, the Customer will be qualified after approval of review by RIMAN, INC.

    2b. Beauty Planner

    Planner - Submit the beauty planner application + Registration Fee ($20 Twenty Dollars Annual Fee)
    Promotion Period - Upon completion of position achievement requirements

    Manager – Personal Team Sales Volume over 3,000BP + 3 or more Active Customers in last 3 months. Maximum of 50% of required BP is allowed from a single leg.
    Promotion Period – Upon completion of position achievement requirements

    Senior Manager - Personal Team Sales Volume over 6,000BP + 3 or more Active Customers in the last 3 months as Planner or Personal Team Sales Volume over 3,000BP + 3 or more Active Customers as Manager in the last 3 months. Maximum of 50% of required BP is allowed from a single leg.
    Promotion Period – Upon completion of position achievement requirements

    Team Leader - Personal Team Sales Volume over 50,000BP + Frontline Sales Volume over 30,000BP + 3 or more senior manager legs with 10 or more managers or higher in the organization in the last 5 months. Maximum of 50% of required BP is allowed from a single leg.
    Promotion Period – Upon completion of position achievement requirements

    Director – Minimum of 600,000 BP in team sales volume in the most recent 3 month period. Maximum of 50% of required BP is allowed from a single leg + 3 or more Team Leader or higher legs

    Senior Director – Minimum of 300,000 bp in team sales volume per month with a maximum of 100,000 BP per Director leg + 2 or more Director or higher legs

    National Director – minimum of 500,000 BP in team sales volume per month with a maximum of 100,000 BP per Director leg + 4 or more Director or higher legs

    Executive – Meet Leadership Active Score 20 points and approved by Riman, Inc.

    Section 3, Commission & Incentive

    3a. Retail Commission

    Pay 10% to Planner – When he/she sells to Retail Customer & Beauty Customer
    Pay 25% to Manager - When he/she sells to Retail Customer / 20% - When he/she sells to Beauty Customer
    Pay 30% to Senior Manager - When he/she sells to Retail Customer / 25% - When he/she sells to Beauty Customer
    Pay 45% to Team Leader, Director, Senior Director, and National Director - When he/she sells to Retail Customer / When he/she sells to Beauty Customer, Riman Inc pays sponsorship commission instead of retail commission

    3b. Sponsorship Commission

    Planner: Pay 5% – Sales Volume of Frontline’s Planner
    Manager: Pay 15% – Sales Volume of Frontline’s Planner
            Pay 5% – Sales Volume of Frontline’s Manager
    Senior Manager: Pay 20% – Sales Volume of Frontline’s Planner
                    Pay 5% – Sales Volume of Frontline’s Manager or Sales Volume of Frontline’s Senior Manager
    Team Leader: Pay 45% of TL group sales volume minus total commission & Reward Point of your TL group

    3c. Team Commission

    As Senior Manager, Riman, Inc. pay 5% of Senior Manager Group Sales Volume.

    3d. Team Incentive

    The sum of the sales volume for both their own Team Leader Group and the 1st Team Leader Group should be over than 30,000 BP, but 10,000BP’s of sales volume should come from own Team Leader Group, then RIMAN, INC. pays 50% of all senior manager’s Team Commission in own Team Leader Group.

    3e. Achievement Incentives

    The sum of the sales volume for both their own Team Leader Group and the 1st Team Leader Group should be over than 30,000 BP, but 10,000BP’s of sales volume should come from own Team Leader Group, then pay $1,800 and if the sum of the sales volume for both their own Team Leader Group and the 1st Team Leader Group reach the sales volume over 30,000BP again, then pay an extra $900.

    3f. Management Incentive

    The sum of the sales volume for both their own Team Leader Group and the 1st Team Leader Group should be over than 30,000 BP, but 10,000BP’s of sales volume should come from own Team Leader Group, as a Team Leader, RIMAN, ICN. pays 50% of the 1st generation Team Leader’s Achievement Incentive

    3g. Leadership Incentive

    Director: Pay 1% - Sales Volume of own Director Group
    Senior Director: Pay 1.5% - Sales volume of own Director Group
    National Director & Executive: Pay 2% – Sales Volume of own Director Group

    3h. LAS Incentive 1

    Director, Senior Director, National Director – Incentives out of 3% of total beauty planner sales volume minus Leadership incentives will be paid according to the score* for each position among highest level directors per leg within 3rd generation
    * Score (Director - 2 points, Senior Director - 3 Points, National Director - 4 points, Executive - 6 points)

    3i. LAS Incentive 2

    Executive – Incentives out of 2% of total beauty planner sales volume will be paid according to the score* for each position among highest level directors per leg in 3rd generation
    * Score (Director - 2 points, Senior Director - 3 Points, National Director - 4 points, Executive - 6 points)

    3j. Executive Contribution Incentive

    RIMAN, INC. pays $10,000 monthly, when building 1 Executive Leg and pays an extra $10,000 monthly per new leg

    SECTION 4. Qualification

    4a. Follow the 70% Rule

    To provide benefits, all Beauty Planners should provide over 70% of customers purchase information (If not achieved payment will be withheld)

    4b. Qualification to get Benefit

    Manager: Over 3 Active Personal Customers (If not achieved payment will be withheld)
    Senior Manager: Over 3 Active Personal Customers (If not achieved payment will be withheld)
    Team Leader: Own Team Leader Group sales volume over 10,000BP + over 5 Active Personal Customers

    4c. Qualification to maintain Position

    Director: Minimum of 100,000 BP in Director group volume in your director group per month + a maximum of 10,000 BP is allowed from a director leg + 3 or more team leader legs.

    Director has an annual review for each calendar year qualified If achieved in the middle of the year, annual review period will be extended till the end of the following year. Must qualify more than 50% of the review period

    Senior Director: Minimum of 300,000 BP in team sales volume per month with a maximum of 100,000 BP per Director leg + 2 or more director legs. Minimum of 100,000 BP must come from your Director group volume.

    Senior Director has an annual review for each calendar year qualified If achieved in the middle of the year, annual review period will be extended till the end of the following year. Must qualify more than 50% of the review period

    National Director: Minimum of 500,000 BP in team sales volume per month with a maximum of 100,000 BP per Director leg + 4 or more director legs. Minimum of 100,000 BP must come from your Director group volume.

    National Director has an annual review for each calendar year qualified If achieved in the middle of the year, annual review period will be extended till the end of the following year. Must qualify more than 50% of the review period
    Executive:
    Annual review for each calendar year qualification. If achieved in the middle of the year, annual review period will be extended till the end of the following year. Must qualify more than 50% of the review period. (Minimum 15 LAS PT is required at least 11 times in a year above)
